Nigmabox Rundown (04/22-04/28) Degeneracy All The Way!

If it is not obvious by now, while I do portray and present myself as a calm and rational member of society who wishes to help and assist others whenever possible, I actually consider myself to be something of a degenerate.  I adore things that I genuinely know “normal people” who view as unacceptable, and while I know well enough to keep these things out of regular conversation, I just cannot help myself and get genuinely giddy when I find something incredibly messed up. Whether it be a story about murderous trans-dimensional flesh monsters, a show wherein a woman is forced to eat an omelet filled with feces, poop, and semen, or this awful censored header image, which you can find by digging through the archives on ONAT’s Patreon.

Nigmabox Rundown (4/15-4/21) Get Ready For Psycho Bullet Festival

Good news everyone!  After two years of me dragging my feet, I finally finished my latest novel, Psycho Bullet Festival: The Odyssey of Abigale Quinlan, and it will be out on April 27th for your reading pleasure.  It’s been a rough road getting this thing to completion, but I managed to pull through to the end, and it wound up being my largest novel to date as well.  I just hope that some people actually, you know, read this novel.  If no, then I may need to look into alternative distribution methods for my works… and commission some covers.

Nigmabox Rundown (2/05-2/11) Time Travel Is Always A Mistake

tired-link-by-brellom…The Hero is Defeated timeline in the Legend of Zelda annoys me.  I understand the need for a timeline where Ganondorf ran free only to eventually be sealed by the seven sages without the help of Link, but there is an easier way to reach that conclusion.  They could follow the rule of time travel that, whenever something foreign enters a new timeline, it causes that timeline to split off and allows for a new timeline to be created.  So when Link travels to the future, he could end up splitting the timeline just by arriving there.  So in A Link to the Past, the hero could have just never arrived. Nigmabox Rundown (11/01-11/07) Fallout 4: Coming 2017

0Some people are excited about Fallout 4 coming out in a manner of days, but I am waiting until 2017 or so to play it, as I would rather enjoy a complete game with mods applied rather than a buggy game at launch.  At the moment, one of my most anticipated game was just released this morning, Student Transfer.  Student Transfer is a body swapping and transformation focused game that is made by the fans of Press-Switch, an unfinished title I praised in the past for being something of a dream game of mine, and I plan on reviewing come the next release.  I would have already started playing it, but there are a few bugs that are being worked out at the moment, and I am only at chapter 6 in Neptunia Re;Birth3.  Regardless, expect a post about Student Transfer, a game I could help create if I so wish to, but I don’t do well with group projects for the most part, and I want full ownership of everything I do. Nigmabox Rundown (10/18-10/24) The Super Sexual Anthropomorphized Doughnut BBW Fart Queen

0 Henneko Hey Sexy Boy There is a TOn of Poverty and destruction in the world Enjoy this pornSo, I didn’t pay much attention to it after its launch, it’s flaccid whimpering launch, but it was pretty obvious to everybody that something bad happened in the Bundie offices when this turkey was being baked.  So Kotaku, a site I visit so seldomly I do not know what the front page looks like, did a neat little piece on the development of the Destiny: Part 1 or Dest1ny if you are somebody who found out about 1337-speak in 2007, and still thinks it’s kinda cool…    Continue reading

Nigmabox Rundown (10/11-10/17) Feces Makes The Heart Go Yonder

Press Switch you are a poopy face doo doo head dumb dumb steamy boily feces shit fuck you suckSo, the Trans-Pacific Publishing trade agreement is a big thing this week, and it may affect all media in Japan, Australia, the United States, Canada, and more.  It will increase the already overpowered corporations’ power, is vaguely written, and will exacerbate the problems with copyright laws, laws that have been mangled and mutilated over the past few decades.  You could be deemed a criminal for having the audacity to leak information that the public ought to know about, even if it’s something as simple as a game being technically broken upon release.  Tampering with software files would be illegal, from removing DRM, to fixing games, and potentially even mods, which would be viewed as hacking.  Piracy could be met with the destruction of your hardware and neigh unlimited fines, and this whole thing was written by corporations for it, so why in the fuck would any true human being support that shit?  Seriously, the fact this democratic government would so much as consider this sort of putrid pulsating piece of poo for a second is disgusting. Nigmabox Rundown (9/27-10/03) Rundown CXXXIV: The Darkening

0 KLK Everybody's getting scary I don't know about this guys I am freaking out here spooky skelemenI should probably bring up how Tony Hawk Pro Skater 5 is quite the turd of a game from what I can tell.  With a Metacritic of 36 on the PS4 and a… 48 on XBO?  I thought that the XBO version wouldn’t work for some people because the game is so terribly made and needs a patch bigger than the game itself to, presumably, even run.  Bad framerate, textures, physics, and general game feel all make it a title that will likely just be an ash can project made to renew a license that Activision probably only spent a few million making and shat out the door six months too early…  Not that I really care about the series though, I just like the soundtracks of the first four games and that’s it.
