Nigmabox Rundown (3/26-4/01) The Fool’s Day Is Rubbish And Cruel

Over the past two weeks, I’ve been picking away at Gender Bender DNA Twister Extreme, and I’m honestly dreading the review I’ll have to write for the game, more so than anything else I ever had to review in the five years I’ve been doing this schtick.  The reason for that being just how bad and good the game can be.  Some part of it are genuinely good, interesting, or funny, while others are poorly constructed, nonsensical, frustrating, or just saddening.  It’s really hard to say anything definitive about any aspect of the game because of this, and I’m dreading how long my review of the game will be when I review it on April 12th. Nigmabox Rundown (1/01-1/07) Much Ado About PC Ports and Little Else

20161018200242_1Seeing as how Nintendo will be unveiling a whole lot of information about the Switch next week, there really have not been that many announcements made this past week, or a lot that I consider to be worth discussing.  Well, other than PC ports, which I will always go out of my way to talk about as it is something that pretty directly benefits me, as it increases the library of games I can play on my platform of choice for the past 3.5 years. Nigmabox Rundown (5/29-6/04) I Made A Friend

KLK Happy Success Victory PraiseI’m not going to disclose details on this, but after a lengthy period of loneliness, I finally made a friend with someone on the internets.  All because they sent me an email asking about transwoman stuff.  And my goodness does it feel wonderful to have someone I can talk to about the minute details of my life, and someone who is comfortable enough with me to do the same.   Continue reading

Nigmabox Rundown (11/01-11/07) Fallout 4: Coming 2017

0Some people are excited about Fallout 4 coming out in a manner of days, but I am waiting until 2017 or so to play it, as I would rather enjoy a complete game with mods applied rather than a buggy game at launch.  At the moment, one of my most anticipated game was just released this morning, Student Transfer.  Student Transfer is a body swapping and transformation focused game that is made by the fans of Press-Switch, an unfinished title I praised in the past for being something of a dream game of mine, and I plan on reviewing come the next release.  I would have already started playing it, but there are a few bugs that are being worked out at the moment, and I am only at chapter 6 in Neptunia Re;Birth3.  Regardless, expect a post about Student Transfer, a game I could help create if I so wish to, but I don’t do well with group projects for the most part, and I want full ownership of everything I do. Nigmabox Rundown (12/22-1/04) Pounding Into That There 20-14

Nutha

“What do you want to see from games in 2014?” is a question that I raise an eyebrow towards, as I view it as a very simple one to answer.  Less hissy fits about minor details, stay positive and hope companies don’t do dirty actions, and keep on putting out great games.  Bam!  I think the question is more focused towards what people really want out of Gen8, but then I can’t answer the question properly, as I made myself a PC that I named after this here blog I made about a year beforehand.  I got more games than I got over the past three years in the past seven months so jack could happen this year and I’d say it was still pretty good.  So here’s a bunch of old C Grade news.

Brutal Legend Review

710_2596

I remember back when I was a wee lass, er, sorry, wrong reality, when I was a wee boy and bought lots of big titles on the regular because I wanted to see what the fuss was all about.  Brutal Legend was one of them, and I promptly forgot nearly all of what entailed in it.  So I got it again through a Humble Bundle.  Not because I wanted to review every Doublefine title before they began making Kinect Titles, that just sorta happened. Nigmabox Rundown (7/14-7/27) Ketchup On Some Clams!

Monkey BoobsOkay, it’s been two weeks, but I have the excuse of news being slim, yet there was enough for a good hearty rundown of the past two weeks, and the thingamajigs that happened over the latter half of July, so let’s just get this over with.  Put a monkey in some 16-year-old tits, gosh darn it!
